WHAT WE PROVIDE:
We can make patterns from scratch for all different styles & sizes including women's clothing, mens, children's wear, plus size, curve, tall & petite if you have specialist sizing and you would like us to develop styles for you no problem. 


 TECHNICAL DRAWINGS:

Working from tech drawings is the best. If your tech packs are detailed with all your requirements, fabric swatches, labels can be attached to tech packs when ready for production. the more information you have the more it will help the pattern cutter to interpret your sketches and transform your ideas into 3-D. We also provide technical drawing services if needed. It is really imperative to have a correct technical drawing outlining all pockets, style lines collar size, vent length etc. the more information the better.

Toiling:

Once you have a correct tech drawing the pattern cutter will be in a good position to make the pattern. From this they can make a toile. The toiling process is very important to ensure the garment is the correct fit. Having a correct tech drawing as I stressed above is of the upmost importance to making the process run smoothly and the first sample to come out correctly. 



The Toile is really important and cost effective way to get the correct size and place the position of the pockets etc. If you want to develop your design when it is in 3-d it gives you the opportunity to do, so before doing it in an expensive fabric and waisting the fabric and the price of your sample. if you need to work out placement of print, embroidery or embellishment this is the perfect time to do so. if you have the technical drawing correct this will enable the pattern cutter to cut a near perfect pattern first time then the toile can just be used for placement of zips, pockets and any other terms you require.
 PATTERNS:

Once we have gone over the required styles with our pattern cutting team we will cut the pattern for you. The pattern cutter will make the first draft looking at the technical drawing, sketch and any reference images you have or if you have a say a vintage garment that you want to modernise the pattern cutter can use this to reference. it is really important all changes/ requirements needed are communicated to the pattern cutter.
